Mrs Yvonne Goh is director of KCS Limited, a professional services group with operations in Singapore, Hong Kong and China, Indonesia and Australia, and heads the KCS practice in Singapore. With more than 20 years' experience in practice as a Chartered Secretary, she has assisted Boards of numerous companies listed on the Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX) with their compliance and regulatory requirements. She was formerly a Managing Director of Boardroom Limited, a professional services company listed on the SGX. Mrs Goh is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, U.K., a past Board Member of the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), and a past Chairman of the Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators. She is a member of the Inquiry Committee appointed by the Chief Justice under the Legal Profession Act and had served on the Disciplinary Committee Panel. Mrs Goh was also a member of the Audit Committee Guidance Committee.
