Mr Yeoh, a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers "PwC" Singapore, has more than 25 years of public accounting experience and his clients include a number of major listed companies in Singapore. He graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Accounting from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom. Mr Yeoh is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, as well as a practising member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore ("ICPAS"). He is also a Council Member of ICPAS and the chairman of the Auditing and Assurance Standards Committee. Mr Yeoh is the Head of Assurance at PwC Singapore with over 800 staff and a member of the firm's Leadership Team. He is a Board member of the National Arts Council, Kidney Dialysis Foundation and The Community Foundation of Singapore.
