As Chief Regulatory Officer of Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX), Ms Yeo oversees Risk Management & Regulation that is responsible for maintaining a robust regulatory framework for SGX's operation of a fair, orderly and transparent market and safe, efficient clearing services. Prior to SGX, Ms Yeo was Managing Director at Temasek Holdings. For most of her career, she was at the Monetary Authority of Singapore where she held responsibilities in various areas.
Ms Yeo serves on the Board of Shared Services for Charities Limited, Singapore Land Authority, and the Audit Committee of the National Council of Social Service. She graduated with Honours from the University of Singapore and holds a Master degree from the London Business School, UK. Ms Yeo was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Gold) at the Singapore National Day Honours in 1994.
