The Directors' Bulletin is the official newsletter of the SID and serves as a reference material for directors, aspiring directors and top management. The Bulletin features articles addressing Corporate Governance and Business concerns. Each issue also features a section on - "Corporate Governance Developments from around the world", which is consolidated by our dedicated publication team. The Bulletin also serves as a platform to update members on the activities and training courses conducted by SID.
There is also a special "welcome" section to welcome new members who have joined the Institute. With effect from Financial Year 2009/2010, the Bulletin is now published bi-monthly and all members will receive their personal copy of the Directors' Bulletin regularly by post.
