LCDM - LCD Essentials Programme (Mandarin)
This eight-module course is a condensed version of the Listed Company Director (LCD) essentials course, conducted in Mandarin.
This interactive programme covers Singapore regulatory requirements and
the expectations placed on a director of a company listed in Singapore.
It reviews chapters of SGX-ST Listing Manual that are relevant to
directors, together with the Singapore Code of Corporate Governance.
Understanding the requirements in the SGX Listing Manual and in the Code
of Corporate Governance are fundamental requirements for directors of
companies listed in Singapore.
The course is supported by SGX, and senior SGX representatives will interact with participants during the Q&A session.
SID will issue a certificate to course participants upon their successful completion of the course.
