DCP-Directors Compliance Programme
The Directors Compliance Programme (DCP) is a course commissioned by ACRA. It is designed primarily for directors who have not fully complied with statutory and annual return filing requirements under the Companies Act (Cap 50). This includes directors of commercial companies and those nonprofit organisations which are incorporated as Companies Limited By Guarantee (CLGs).
The programme is focused on understanding the compliance requirements with the basic statutory provisions of the Companies Act and embodies the broader objective of developing and promoting strong corporate governance for companies in Singapore.
